    We are a family medicine clinic and we treat patients of all ages including medicare patients.
  • What insurance plans do you accept?
    We accept a variety of insurance plans. Visit our insurance page at the top of our website to find out if we accept your insurance. If you do not see your insurance listed, give us a call to help you set up a plan that works for you.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Yes we accept walk-ins at anytime Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM.
  • How often does my child need a checkup?
    From birth until the end of the first year of life: Newborn, 3-5 days, 1 Month, 2 Months, 4 Months, 6 Months, 9 Months & 12 Months From two through three years old: 15 Months, 18 Months, 24 Months, Unless sick, children and adolescents from 4 to 21 years old need a wellness checkup once year.
  • How do I get a copy of my or my child's medical records?
    Just come to our office and ask for your medical records!
  • Do you write school forms?
    Yes, we do write school forms.
  • How long does the immigration medical exam take?
    It usually takes two weeks to get all of the results from the blood tests.
  • Do you have an emergency phone line?
    Yes, we have an emergency phone line available 24/7 all after office hours.
  • Do you accept cash patients?
    Yes! We accept cash patients. Look at the office plan for more information.
